MarketOS is an analysis tool. Nothing on this site or in its Telegram messages is financial advice, an offer, or an offer to buy or sell anything.
MarketOS never places orders and never holds anyone's funds or keys.
Trading crypto perpetuals and stocks can lose more than you expect. Past results and tests do not promise future results. Only setups that pass the tests described on the Methodology page publish trade ideas.
Data can be late, incomplete or wrong. Prices marked "delayed" or "estimated" are exactly that. When a number is not available the site says "Not available" instead of guessing.

No account is needed for the public pages. There are no ads, no analytics trackers and no third-party cookies.
Your settings (filters, watchlists, chart layers) stay in your own browser (local storage). Clearing your browser data removes them.
The private pages use one cookie, mos_s: a signed login session (30 days, HttpOnly, Secure). It holds a Telegram chat id and the time of login, nothing else.
When a page error happens, the error message, the page address and your browser's user agent are sent to our server so we can fix it (at most 3 per page load). They are kept for the newest 200 errors only.
Our hosting provider keeps short-lived request logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations.
The site is served from our own server only: your browser does not contact the market data providers directly. The only outside download is the Inter font file from jsDelivr.

You may use the public pages for your own information. Do not scrape the site or its data endpoints at high volume; requests are rate-limited.
The private pages are for the owner only.
The site is provided as is, without any warranty of accuracy, availability or fitness for a purpose. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.
Market data and news belong to their owners and are shown under their terms.
